Information obligation pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR

In compliance with the information obligation under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data (GDPR), we hereby inform you that:

Purpose and basis of data processing

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

1. Performance of the contract – necessary for the performance of the contract to which you are a party (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR).

2. Conclusion of the contract – based on your interest in our offer (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR).

3. Protecting the legitimate interests of the Administrator:

- Pursuing or defending against claims (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR).

- Offering you products and services as part of direct marketing (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR).

- Cooperation for the provision of services by you.Profiling – in order to adapt our offers to your needs.

4. Profiling will not have a significant impact on your rights.

Data recipients

Your personal data may be transferred to the following entities:

1. Persons authorised by the Administrator:
- Employees and associates who must have access to the data to perform their duties.

2. Entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator:
- Entities to whom we commission activities requiring data processing, e.g. hosting companies or IT services.

3. Other recipients of data:
- Couriers, insurers, law firms, debt collection companies and entities that may request the transfer of data based on legal provisions.

Data storage period

Your data will be processed for the period:

1. No longer than the time in which you can file a complaint or lawsuit arising from the contract.

2. Required by law to fulfill obligations.

3. Data processed for direct marketing purposes - until you object to their processing.

Data subject rights

According to the GDPR, you have the right to:

1. Access your data and receive a copy of it.

2. Transfer your data to another administrator.

3. Correct your data if it is incomplete or incorrect.

4. Delete your data (right to be forgotten).

5. Restrict data processing in certain situations.

6. Object to data processing based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator, including direct marketing.

7. Load a complaint to the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
